Terms of Service

Welcome to Realtor Buddy 2.0+ ("Realtor Buddy," "we," "us"), an AI-powered coaching platform for real estate professionals operated by Hunter Bolling ("the Operator"). By creating an account or using realtorbuddy2.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What the Service is — and what it is not

Realtor Buddy provides AI-generated coaching, scripts, drafts, and analysis for real estate professionals. It is a productivity tool, not a professional advisor.

• No rate quotes. The Service does not provide live mortgage rates or loan approvals. Loan scenarios must be confirmed with a licensed loan officer or lender.
• Fair Housing. The Service is designed to support Fair Housing compliance, but you remain solely responsible for ensuring any listing copy, advertising, or client communication you use complies with the Fair Housing Act and state law.
• Telemarketing laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring any outreach scripts you use comply with the TCPA and similar laws, including consent requirements.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You're responsible for your login credentials and everything that happens under your account. One account per person; accounts may not be shared or resold. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for us or other users — including automated, scripted, or abnormally heavy usage.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, discriminatory, or deceptive use — including generating content that violates Fair Housing laws.
• No attempting to probe, bypass, or break the Service's security or usage limits, and no scraping or automated access.
• No uploading malware or content you don't have the right to share.
• Don't upload other people's sensitive personal information. Redact client Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, government IDs, and similar data before uploading documents. We apply automated redaction as a safety net, but it is best-effort and you remain responsible for what you upload.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload and the messages you send. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service — storing your content, processing it through our AI providers to generate responses, and displaying it back to you. You may use AI responses generated for you in your business. We don't guarantee responses are unique across users.

5. Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed monthly by subscription through Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your card details.
• Each plan includes a monthly message allowance. Unused messages don't roll over. "Unlimited" naming refers to the plan tier; allowances are stated at purchase.
• Use the same email for payment and login — that's how your upgrade is applied automatically.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing and your plan runs through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing or allowances with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may modify, add, or remove features at any time, and may impose or adjust technical limits (such as rate limits and file-size caps) to protect the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost deals, lost commissions, or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose (or $50 if you paid nothing). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law — including claims related to communications you send to clients or leads based on Service output.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date; material changes may also be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
